Fees may be paid when you send in your registration form or your company will receive an invoice immediately after the Users Group Conference. Meeting fees are as follows:

Crowne Plaza-Billings
The Crowne Plaza is hosting the 2008 Computers Unlimited Users Group Conference. Guests are invited to take advantage of the negotiated room rate ($85 plus tax) when booking before August 23, 2008. Call (406) 252-7400 to make your reservation and be sure to ask for the Computers Unlimited room block.

Steering Committee Meetings
Steering Committee meetings will be held at the Crowne Plaza on Wednesday, September 10, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm and on Friday, September 12, from 7:30 am – 8:30 am.

The committee’s goal is to provide a fair representation of the CU user base to act in the best interest of the user population. Committee members help set priorities when necessary and work closely with CU to enhance and improve the TIMS product. They also ensure a good line of communication between TIMS users and CU and assist in the planning and execution of the annual conference. Join us and see firsthand how users work together with CU on many issues. Attending meetings is also an initial step if you are interested in serving on the Steering Committee.

Hands-On Room
The hands-on room is a resource available to all conference attendees. This is not a support service arena but rather a place to review class topics, evaluate new products and network with other users. The hands-on room is located near classrooms and is open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Thursday and Friday.

Evening Activities
When you are ready to relax, join other users and CU’s staff in the evening for great dining experiences. These events provide an excellent opportunity to continue networking with your colleagues.

    Meet the Steering Committee members, the CU staff and other conference attendees at this welcoming reception located on the new patio of Q Cuisine.

    The CU reception is always a hit as guests receive the rare opportunity to mix and mingle in Computers Unlimited’s corporate offices on Montana Avenue. Take part in this casual social event that promises unmatched networking opportunities.

    Dinner at the Train Depot
    Friday, September 12
    5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
    Gather at the Historic District’s Train Depot in downtown Billings and spend a casual, relaxing evening savoring delectable fare, while visiting with other users and CU employees. A variety of prizes will be given away to numerous lucky conference attendees. Then, a live performance from Venture Theatre—Billings’ very own performance art community—will have you laughing all the way home!
