After Hours Support

After hours support is a 24-hour service available every night and weekend, with the exception of Dec. 25 (Christmas Day). After hours service is NOT covered by your standard CU service agreement. Calls are billed at after hours support rates for a minimum of one hour, and those exceeding one hour are billed in 15 minute increments. Phone: 406.657.9293

Holiday Support Hours

Here's our after-hours support call availability during the holiday season at Computers Unlimited:

Thanksgiving Day – 2017

On Thursday, November 23, Computers Unlimited is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday; however 24-hour emergency support is available at 406.657.9293.

Day After Thanksgiving – 2017

On Friday, November 24, Computers Unlimited is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday; however, limited hours of regular support are available from 8 am to 1:00 pm (MST) by calling 406.255.9500. After 1:00 pm that day, 24-hour emergency support is available by calling 406.657.9293.

Christmas Eve Day– 2017

On Sunday, December 24, Computers Unlimited will be closed at 3:00 pm (MST).

Christmas Day– 2017

On Monday, December 25, Computers Unlimited will be closed – NO 24-hour Support will be available.

New Year’s Eve Day– 2017

On Sunday, December 31, Computers Unlimited will be closed at 3:00 pm (MST).

New Year’s Day– 2018

On Monday, January 1, Computers Unlimited will be closed; however, 24-hour emergency support is available at 406.657.9293.


Outside of these exceptions, 24-hour emergency support is available every weeknight & weekend.
If you are covered by the standard service agreement, simply call the 24-hour emergency support phone: 406.657.9293.
Calls are charged at the 24-hour emergency support rate of $250/hr.
Calls exceeding one hour are billed in 15-minute increments according to the $250/hr rate.
Regular support is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (MST) and is covered by your standard service agreement.
