More than seventy percent of the company’s resources are focused on product development and support services. According to Jim McKenney, Director of Systems Development, “We believe it’s vital to invest heavily in product development and support services in order to meet the demands of our customers and remain competitive in the marketplace.”

This holds firm, especially in product development, whose entire purpose is to provide computer software solutions that enable our customers to do their jobs, grow their business and realize their visions of success.

Our disciplined approach to software development begins with fully understanding our customers’ businesses and accommodating their unique needs. We rely heavily on our individual customers and Steering Committee, an independently managed organization of TIMS users, to help define requirements and provide feedback throughout the development process – from design to prototype to beta testing and deployment.

Through the Entire Process
Each new software version and enhancement adheres to a strict production and quality control process, ensuring that TIMS evolves over time to meet the ever changing needs of your business environment. Likewise, individual updates follow a rigid structure of programming, testing, documentation and release for deployment to the customer’s system. Every customer receives a detailed document outlining the system changes and has the opportunity to test new features before rolling the programs to live production environments—assuring that customized customer programming runs on the next version release.
