Please know that the agenda and topics for the Live Users Group Conference and the Virtual Users Group Conference are not the same. Below is the list of several sessions CU will host beginning September 16th. Immediately after each daily session, a live Q&A will be hosted by the presenters and other product experts.
There are no fees to attend the sessions, and they are open to all TIMS users that register. Please share this invitation with other TIMS users within your organization that may benefit from the sessions.

The Virtual Conference is offered as a concentration of sessions that will highlight several topics of broad user interest. The Virtual Conference sessions are not played-back recordings of the in-person, live conference. The traditional live Users Group Conference will concentrate on presenting the most recent TIMS developments, encourage interaction with CU development and support personnel, provide networking with other users, and host forums for collaboration.

CU offers Quarterly Release Showcase webinars that highlight the most recent TIMS developments. Attending the Release Showcase series is a great way to remain abreast of the most recent TIMS developments. Be certain to watch your email for showcase notifications for these webinars!
In addition to the regular quarterly showcases, CU offers ad hoc webinars intended to provide awareness and insight into many of our latest TIMS applications.
CU’s Customer Portal (https://support.cu.net) harbors a growing library of training materials including videos relative to many aspects of your TIMS system. The Quarterly Showcases and other ad hoc webinars are recorded and placed on the Customer Portal for your convenience.
