Once you land at the airport, contact the DoubleTree Hotel directly at (406) 252-7400 and dial “0” for the operator to request an airport pick up (look for the cookie van). From the hotel, you will be within walking distance of CU’s headquarters and many restaurants, shops, breweries, and museums.

Many people do bring a laptop or tablet. We recommend you download the agenda to your device before the event. All presentation slides will also be available for download. Our Post Conference will have activities that require a laptop.

September in Montana will offer a wide range of temperatures. Outside, the mornings will be chilly and brisk, but the afternoons can still be quite warm.
Inside the conference rooms, the temperature can fluctuate. We try to keep the rooms a little cooler so the presenters will be comfortable. We recommend you bring a jacket or sweater with you.
