TIMS Opportunity Tracking tracks patient activity—from the time someone is added into your database—through the entire sales process.
Once a patient is entered into the database, TIMS identifies them as a ‘sales opportunity.’ After the Noah Audiogram is plotted, the patient is identified as a ‘tested not sold’ opportunity. Then, using the data from the Noah Audiogram, TIMS identifies your patient as an opportunity based upon your defined aid-ability thresholds. If the patient is not a candidate for amplification, they are considered ‘no opportunity.’
Patients with hearing aids are clearly identified as re-sale opportunities when their devices reach your defined age threshold.
Better patient care and more sales. In addition, using the certified Noah 4 interface, TIMS compares the Noah Audiogram to the company’s aid-ability threshold, providing a clear indication as to whether or not a customer should be seen for a new device.
Opportunity Tracking is integrated into every aspect of the patient visit, making it easy for every member of your staff to be involved in the success of your practice.
