How Opportunity Tracking Works

Once a patient is entered into the database, TIMS identifies them as a ‘sales opportunity.’ After the Noah Audiogram is plotted, the patient is identified as a ‘tested not sold’ opportunity. Then, using the data from the Noah Audiogram, TIMS identifies your patient as an opportunity based upon your defined aid-ability thresholds. If the patient is not a candidate for amplification, they are considered ‘no opportunity.’

Patients with hearing aids are clearly identified as re-sale opportunities when their devices reach your defined age threshold.
