This past September, CU hosted its much-anticipated Annual Users Group Conference, and it was nothing short of a success! What sets this event apart is the sheer variety of attendees, from owners and C-Suite executives, to managers, IT, sales, revenue cycle admins and inventory and cylinder control specialists.

At the core of this conference was the human connection. It wasn’t just about software—it was about people learning from people, fostering a deeper understanding of technology’s role in solving business challenges. Attendees came together, united by a shared goal of optimizing the TIMS platform, and left with more than just knowledge—they left with stronger relationships.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for your contributions, your questions, and your insights. This community of users is what makes our conference such a vital event year after year. We’re already looking forward to next year’s gathering where we’ll continue to strengthen these relationships, push the boundaries of what’s possible, and keep building a brighter future together.

TESTIMONIALS

"I appreciate the API development CU has made to make TIMS a more robust solution."
~Kelly Wyatt, Baxter

"As a non-IT employee, I was on the fence about whether my attendance would be a good spend for our company. The information presented greatly exceeded my expectations. I also appreciate the consideration given to every attendee's input, no matter their position. I feel CU truly recognizes that every person working in TIMS has a valuable opinion and they want to hear from all of us."
~Alana Knapp, Helget Gas Products

"As a first-time attendee, I was very impressed with all the information presented, and the comradery of all the users and CU members."
~Tisha Rodgers, A-OX Welding Supply

"Users Group is a great opportunity to hear what CU is working on and give input on those projects. Having the chance to provide input early in a project, even before coding has begun, helps the software fall more in line with what users need. There is no reason to pass up an opportunity like that." ~Jesse Gilbert, Welders Supply & Gases

"Attending Users Group has been an eye-opening experience. Seeing others in similar situations, sharing both grievances and successes, has been invaluable. CU always makes me feel welcome and I look forward to attending in the future."
~Mike Shirley, MJB Welding Supply, Inc.

BONUS: Dave Haas Went to Yellowstone National Park

When you come early to Users Group or stay an extra day, you have several additional opportunities. One, you could meet privately with CU leadership or employees for additional training or strategic planning. Our offices are just down the street from the conference location and we're always available to meet with our customers or prospects.

Or, two, you could do what Dave from Keen Compressed Gas Co. did in 2024 and spend time in one of the nearby national parks. Enjoy a few photos from Dave's visit to Yellowstone:
