1.   Keep Your Reviews Current—Urge your patients, or their family member/caretaker, to leave a review of your services. The care you provide them should be included. Give your patients exceptional care and in return they will give you exceptional reviews.

2.   Watch Your Reviews Carefully—We all do our best, but for whatever reason, if you do have an issue with an unhappy patient, resolve it immediately by both responding to the issue by phone and at the review site. Immediately and compassionately take the steps necessary to do what it takes to remedy a bad review.

3.   Make friends with Google—When patients Google your business, your name, phone number, directions to your business, and an outside photo of your business will appear. Directly under your business name is how many reviews your business has and what kind of rating patients have given it. This is where first impressions are made. If a bad rating is visible here, how much further do you think the person searching for an audiology practice will continue to seek out your practice?
