Regular application/technical support is available Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm (MST) and is covered by your standard service agreement.
After hours support is a 24-hour service available every night and weekend, with the exception of Dec. 25 (Christmas Day). After hours service is NOT covered by your standard CU service agreement. Calls are billed at after hours support rates for a minimum of one hour, and those exceeding one hour are billed in 15 minute increments.
For those circumstances that require you to work beyond normal business hours, 24-Hour Support services are offered as well.
