TIMS A/R Worklists are flexible lists that help you prioritize and work your A/R and denials in a way that is most efficient for your company.
You can create a variety of custom-defined and interactive worklists for your Collections Team using criteria such as A/R amount, A/R aging, denial information, timely filing and timely appeal filing deadlines, claim status and last worked date.
For example, you may want a worklist to handle claims at risk of missing their timely filing deadline, or a worklist that addresses any A/R over $500 and 90 days past due that has not been worked in 30 days.
All worklists may be viewed by payer, or payer set, patient last name, as well as other criteria. And within the worklist, you have access to all of the information you need to take action, including the EOB and the history of who has done what and when on a patient’s A/R.
