Automation that Makes a Difference 

One of the standout features of the Specialty Gas Production module is its ability to streamline key aspects of the production process. For instance, the module assists end users in locating the item number by listing the components needed for the mix, reducing the need to call the lab for verification and minimizing the risk of errors. Once the order is created, the lab receives it immediately and can begin production.  This not only saves time but also improves the overall operation. 

Additionally, the production cycle is continuously updated within the TIMS platform, providing the customer service and sales teams with real-time insights into the status of each order. The dynamic calculation of estimated completion dates based on current workloads has been particularly useful, helping to manage customer expectations and ensure timely deliveries.
