Attendees of our annual Users Group Conference in 2017 were grateful for the boundless opportunities to learn and immerse themselves in the TIMS Software products and staff who make it all possible. A featured topic of interest at the conference included several enhancements to front-end processing. Our Product Owner of Developing and Emerging Technology led a Front-End Processing interactive station allowing attendees to about the latest developments, including tasks/EIS+, order monitoring, and so much more.

Tasks/EIS+

Using this module in TIMS Software, attendees saw how they could assign work to employees or groups using a due date. This gives users the ability to measure performance based on the number of tasks completed. Management is also able to identify outstanding work their employees need to complete, or reward employees who go above and beyond.

Order Monitoring 

Conference attendees discovered how to manage orders by owner, priority, referral, and workflow state in real time. Integral business decisions can be made based on real-time data., which allows managers to reassign work from a user that might have been overloaded. High priority orders can easily be addressed with this tool as well.
